Pair the artistry of Picasso masterpieces with the award-winning cuisine of Chef Julian Serrano for a unique Las Vegas dining experience. Located inside the AAA Five Diamond Bellagio, which overlooks a Mediterranean-blue lake with fountains performing a magnificent ballet. As an eleven time recipient of the AAA Five Diamond Award Executive Chef Julian Serrano’s menu is inspired by the regional cuisine of France and Spain where Pablo Picasso spent much of his life. The restaurant features a wine cellar stocked with more than 1,300 selections from the finest European vineyards. Picasso masterpieces, as well as a collection of his ceramic pieces, further delight the senses of diners enjoying the Picasso experience. We sat on one of the balconies overlooking the Bellagio Fountains. 

For the superb dinner we choose the 5 course Vegan dinner and it was a masterpiece. The Chef personally came out and explained every dish making the whole experience phenomenal on every level.
